I used a logit model to assess the impact of sentiment intensity (a continuous variable calculated using the proportion of sentiment vocabulary, where sentiment vocabulary refers to all positive and negative words, with a variable range of 0-0.3) on whether information is shared (yes or no, a binary variable).

The model results show that the Odds Ratio (OR) = 0.231, p = 0.055, which means that if I set my significance level at 0.1 (indicating that my results are significant).

How should I interpret this OR value? Should I interpret it as “For every one-unit increase in sentiment, the probability of sharing information decreases by 76.9%”? However, since the variable range is 0-0.3, what does “one unit” refer to?
