hi, i am using LSTM for detection of Myocardial infarction using physionet PTB diagnostic ECG data. this database have 294 patients within it of which there is 148 patients with MI and 52 of normal signals. for each patients there is one to five records. i can train the LSTM model but according to this paper: Detecting and interpreting myocardial infarction using fully convolutional neural networks, there exist the problem of interpretablity of neural network and they used DeepExplain method to explain the individual neural network decision. have can i generate the plot using DeepExpain method?
