Attached is the strain data in a fetal wound in mouse model. I am selecting a point at the fetal wound edge (blue point in B-mode image) and another point on the normal skin (red point in B-mode image) to compare elasticity (stiffness) of wound edge with normal skin. Colored image is the parametric plot of the strain data in the longitudinal strain curve corresponding to the blue and red points over time frames. Left hand side curve is dV/dt, volume rate in mL/s. Second image is the 3D version of the same strain curves. Please help me understanding the stiffness of the wound edge in the fetus wound (dark spot in top left B-mode image). How the peak changes in 3D plot (wound edge vs normal skin) are interpreted in terms of strain/elasticity/stiffness? Thanks
