How to interpret INMB tornado diagram

Dear all,

Hi, I have tried to understand a INMB tornado diagram from my research. See attached . Top two parameters such as 'Effectiveness of Bal' and 'Effectiveness of Ose'. Bal is baloxavir malboxil and Ose is oseltamivir. Why did my TreeAge software analyze these two parameters? Both showed only blue columns, which means both showed lower boundary case regarding 'effectiveness of Bal' and 'Effectiveness of Ose'. Anybody can help me understand?
