Currently we are working on development of certain paper based analytical devices for various quantification procedures by using different colorimetric reactions. The major problem we are facing is that since the color development of the reaction is very faint, it is difficult to measure it accurately. So, what may be the possible methods to produce more intense color on paper so that it would be easily detectable.
