The question is a bit vague. But I recommend thinking about how to apply data analysis to your experiments and, from there, insert statistical inferences and machine learning.

Lib for ML: scikit-learn

Lib for DL: tensorflow or pytorch

Probably depends on what you do. If you have resources, you can program AI so that it would do experiments on it's now, like change mixture and repeat experiment. But that would be pricy to do. Probably simple approach is what others said, just use it for analysis.
