We have all our formulas in excel. Inserting each id in excel, there will be multiple figures generated. I was wondering if you have any recommendations on how to turn these outputs (participants' names and multiple figures that are generated for each participant) into a doc/pdf report in an optimum way?

What do you mean by "optimum way"?
As you can print Excel sheets on paper, you can also "print" them as PDF files.

Przemysław Kowalik There are hundreds of figures on the excel sheet. I don't want to extract reports manually. I want to generate a code where there are individual reports for each participant in word or pdf.
Sara Hoseingholizade , I guess that you data are organized in a table with many columns and rows. One of those columns contains particpants' names and each row contains figures related to each participant, right? And you need to join together data for each participant? This probably will require using lookup functions, data filtering features or some VBA code.
