2. then extract the file and move it to into /home/Directory through terminal

3. enter your passcode

3. then use the command chmod 777 -R /home/directory/

4. then use cd Desmond_Maestro2022.4

5. use ls command to locate the INSTALL file

6. the use command ./INSTALL

7. Enter to continue

8. then type y wherever required

9. then enter command export des=/opt/schrodinger2022-4/

10. then enter $des/maestro to run maestro'

Whenever you need to use Maestro, use steps 9 and 10 in order to start maestro desmond.
