I intend to make several setting samples for a program that I can automatically import them into the program using QR code reader.
Is it possible to encode a program setting into a QR code and reuse it as I said above? If so, please recommend me some resources that I can refer to do it. Thank you!
Hi, I have done something similar with in the past (bash script) that works in terminal console of Linux / Unix operating system, I added the code as simple text using UTF-8 Character encoding and added encoding for new line end of file etc, I believe the new line and end of file encoding is same in windows, macos and linux. I can send you the instructions if you are using Linux based OS will work out of the box , for other operating systems you would have to check the encoding. it worked with any QR scanner in Android using Termux terminal also.
