Dear, researchers i want to introduce ovarian cancer in Swiss mice, because most of carcinogens are not organ specific, can anyone tell me which drug/carcinogens i try to introduce cancer?

What kind of ovarian cancer do you want to achieve a model of? EOC?
you can directly inject SK-OV03 or Ovcar3 cells (Live) into either the peritoneal region or if you want specifically into Ovaries then directly use targeting matrix for exact location.
The matrix is kept in freezing condition and it is mixed with cells and targetting molecule.
When this matrix will be injected into the body of mouse then it gets thawed and causes accumulation of cancerous cells at the targeted organ and these cells starts growing at the position.
