How to induce Lymphoma in C57BL/6 Mice to get EL-4 cell line?

Hi,

I am planning to generate EL-4 cell line right from Black mice. From what i read, lymphoma needs to be induced in mice with DMBA (9,10-dimethyl-1,2-benzanthracene). Can anyone help me with the exact protocol and dosage to get this done?
