Hi All, how can I induce human dermal fibroblast to necroptosis? I read some papers and it is said that different methods can induce different cells to necroptosis.

You should use TNFalpha (tumour necrosis factor alpha) and/or glucocorticoid hormones ( dexamethasone or hydrocortisone). They both should induce necroptosis in fibroblasts. I have attached 2 papers for you with details.Hydrogen peroxide can be also used.
