How to indexing a paper in Web of Science journal?

Recently I published a paper in web of science indexed journal. But my specific paper is not indexed in that journal. How to add my paper indexing in web of science?

Dear Moorthi S. Could you provide the details? Which paper, which journal etc. There might be various reasons:

-Be more patient

-An error in the meta-data for your paper (name, title, issue number etc.)

-There are fake/hijacked journals around

-The index claim might be fake

-Etc.
