In the given figure , gate is made of two different workfunction polysilicon (L1 and L2). I have written code for it but I want to check whether the workfunction is assigned to the respective part of the gate is correctly or not , how should check it ? Do I need to take cutline vertical and compare the potential profile?

Thank you for answering sir, Actually, this paper has been simulated using Silvaco TCAD, thats why I am also using Silvaco for better matching.
TO know about the gate length thickness and depth use database of silvaco TCAD is the best option.
To determine the properties of electronic i.e.gate polisilicon we can use comsol multi physics.

The matter is simple and straight forward .
If you change the work function of the material either L1 or L2, and biasing the transistor in the on region, its current will be changed when changing the work function of either or both materials.
You can also take a two horizontal line cuts across L1 and L2 and see the energy level diagram or the potential distribution among the lines.
