Hey guys I finally have some very small crystals of a flexible multi-domain protein I am working on. The problem is that they are far too small to produce diffraction data, with the smallest measuring 15 micrometers. These crystals have been produced by co-crystallising the protein with its ligands. Can anyone suggest any methods by which I can increase the crystal size?

Hi Harry,
you could try now to continue now by using one of the various crystal seeding protocols (e.g streak-seeding). This are the techniques I would try first.
Though be patient as common protocols might require some optimisation for your protein (of how many seeds are transferred from one drop to another).

Sometimes also increasing the total drop volume or trying different protein:reservoir ratios in a drop might be helpful.
