I am working on a project of developing a high adhesion body paint and I am familiar with all the technical terms of paint. Lately, the film has not been adhering properly to the skin. I can not change the pigment so can anyone please recommend a change in any of the components to increase the adhesion.
Shot peening is no option i guess ;-), did you try other "preparation" of the skin, like cream, lotions or skin-friendly oils?
Definitely no shot peening XD ! The idea is to put paint over a size solution and dip the surface of skin. the only thing I am experiencing is loss of intensity as the pigment film can not adhere to skin properly. Do you recommend any ingredient to increase the adhesion?
Silanes, polyolefins or titanates / zirconates are commonly used in primers to support adhesion. That's all I know about it ;-)
