I have been recently working solar cell simulation using SCAPS software. In the software we need to incorporate the absorption file of the different layers of solar cell. The program can open any preloaded absorption data, but only if they are in .abs format. I have the absorption data of all the layers with me but in excel format. I failed to find a way to convert this excel files to .abs format both online and offline. Is there any way, I can include this absorption data in the excel file format to the SCAPS programme? Kindly help. Thanks in advance.

I think it is possible to add excel file by clicking " from file " from model " button on the parameter page of each layer of solar cell under definition file. The path is shown in the picture .
