How to improve the Tan-Delta/Cap value of an oil filled CT?

We have 220kv class current transformers, which were in service earlier, kept as spare in offline condition for the past one year. During a recent routine tests, the tan/delta and Cap value was found drastically out of limits. Since we don't have an oven that big for heating up the CT, is there any other way to improve the tan-delta/Cap value of the CTs?
