Hi,
I am currently using the 488nm laser in the Reinshaw Raman system. The peaks I want to resolve are between 220 to 250 Raman shift (cm^-1), the peaks are about 6 cm^-1 apart. Is there a way to resolve the peaks within that range? I had tried using narrower slits (20microns) and less CCD columns, but the intensity is too low to see distinguishable peaks. I cannot use laser power larger than 1mW because my samples are quite sensitive. Thanks
