Could you please help me in guiding towards improving citation numbers for my research work & how would I know if somebody has cited my paper.Adding that, professional bodies who have published my paper has locked it so URL is there but in order to have full access the reader will have to pay a minimum fee which is not transferred to me neither in full or in part.
Request your views on the same.

Appreciate your prompt revert sir, however I have shared the link on research gate Nd also on Google scholar but to no avail as the moment somebody wants to view full paper it directly gets connected with the journal which has locked the paper....
Publish you papers in well circulated indexed journals. Give preference to open access online journals or if financially possible, pay to make the papers open access.
Publish in high IF journals
Circulate your paper widely in all online databases, libraries and all academic platforms.
