Peggy Kern is a well-respected researcher in this area and she adapted a measure of Seligman's PERMA specifically for the workplace - http://www.peggykern.org/uploads/5/6/6/7/56678211/workplace_perma_profiler_102014.pdf I personally like it because it is short! ...minimising the chance of participant fatigue. She is now at the University of Melbourne if you need to contact her regarding its use.
