You need to set the first (or the last - depends upon edge direction) node from this block`s edge. The size must be the same or near this. subdivide again with more or fewer nodes if the new distribution does not fit well. It is mandatory to retain a GOOD TRANSITION among blocks to avoid a sudden transition.

Ofcourse I did and thanks Prof. it worked. Before that the fluent couldn't run the mesh.uns file..however when i first set

node value for this edge with different values(more), now the fluent is recognizing my mesh.uns file. With improved 2x2x2 determinant value.

Now i have last problem and last question...i am posting it in the next comment

Thanks for the interest in the question,

Before modification, its quality was less than 0.1 and that was the reason the Fluent Software gave error before it further proceeded. Then I just changed the number of nodes etc, with that (although the quality was still less than 0.1) the fluent software could accept and run further. However, later on I discovered very interesting things, by doing some manual arrangements ( as shown in the figure), I shifted the nodes manually and it yielded quality of more than 0.6 as shown in the figure.

Not only that, I also used Y-block split methodology by treating the sharp edges as prismatic element and produced Y-cut on each triangular face. With that i also got more than 0.6 quality. So yes the problem was then solved... Thank you again for commenting.
