I have design an antenna , results of 3D radiation pattern Directivity = 5.926dBi and Gain= 5.086dBi but in polar radiation pattern main lobe magnitude= -4.14dBi . Can any one guide me how to improve this negative gain ?
If your antenna beam is the right shape than you have too much loss in the antenna or the feed network.
Was your antenna over a ground plane in the simulation and without a ground plane for the measurement?
I think you should reevalute the settings to plot the polar radiations. Such as on fixing the azimuth and elavation angles on the setting menu.

There is a mismatch between your antenna and the feed system. So first, you can improve your feeding with the antenna by changing the position of the feed. See the surface current near to the feed.
