I tried analysis of angiogenesis by usign imageJ. However, I noted that the imageJ does not make tracing of some tubes and network. The software usually tracked and traced those network of vessels at the middle of the image only. How should I do the software to track and traced all network images of blood vessels. Thanks

You could try to immunostain your endothelium with a specific marker first, and then do the Image J analysis.
