Hi Fernando, the easiest way I can think of to link an antibody to a cell surface is to use amine-amine crosslinkers available from Pierce.
You would probably have to have the Abs and cells together in PBS and drop wise add the X-linker and check periodically to see if the labeling is sufficient.
