In my view, its better you you model your RF structure in HFSS and CST separately...then compare the results...instead of importing/exporting one from /to each other.

I agree with Vedvyas sir. Even if you import any design, you will not be able to understand properly the design by its parts or sections as it was in the root software. Also you can not change the dimensions.
You can able to import DXF files from CST into HFSS.
you have to select all parts in the navigation tree then choose in modeling tab export to sat but choose version between 18:20 it is near the name file. (because hfss work with version older then cst). or if you have the new version export to parasolid x_t. then you can import it in hfss look for import.

But Consider Dr.VedVyas Sir Suggestions as you import any design, you will not be able to understand properly the design by its parts or sections as it was in the root software.
i only got one issue , i downloaded the CST studio suite student version but itis very limited .i checked a couple of videos to understand how to start the simulation because i am quite new with this simulation program. When i tried to start the simulation i keep getting this message that the model mesh size is large compared to the allowed mesh size in CST student version ( i.e. 30000)
could someone provide me with a link to download full version of the program ??
i wan to simulate an antenna for bio medical app. and i wan to validate this design by attaining results such as SAR , temperature distribution, coagulated volume s parameter radiation pattern
could someone help me please i am really stuck with the simulation...
