I am trying to implement the sensor based sharpening, as proposed by Graham D. Finlayson, Mark S. Drew, and Brian V. Funt, "Spectral sharpening: sensor transformations for improved color constancy," J. Opt. Soc. Am. A 11, 1553-1563 (1994), in MATLAB. However, there is confusion about the implementation as I am unable to clearly understand the methodology. I wonder if someone have already implemented it and can share the code with me?
Hi Haris, If I were you, I would start by asking the authors of that paper you're trying to implement. Usually they'll be happy to share their codes or at least clarify your confusion. This what I found:
