I Need guidance for writing PhD Research proposal in the field of Digital Image Processing. I worked on Detection & Visualisation of Remote Sensing Hyperspectral Images and I need suggestions/guidance for writing PhD research proposal related to that field.
Please refer to my contributions on external PhD supervisors on ResearchGate. Yes, I have published with one of my students on hyper-spectral RS and on less sophisticated, but useful RS as well. And I am working with another student on hyper-temporal RS.

If any of us here on RG give any guidance it could be in conflict/contradiction to what your major advisor at your university would expect. It would be best to seek guidance from your major advisor or the professor who will direct your research.
Thanks John, but you probably misunderstood my question. It's about getting idea/guidance for starting research at Doctoral level, and no Adviser is involved at this level.
Haris, sorry about the confusion which may be from the wording of your question. You wrote that you want to write a PhD research proposal. The standard meaning of that is a doctoral dissertation (research) proposal. A doctoral dissertation, including the preliminary research proposal, is carried out after the doctoral level course work has been completed. Since you wrote that your intent is to write a PhD research proposal it is only logical to infer that you are enrolled in or have completed the pre-requisite doctoral level courses. This would imply that you have professors, advisors, etc. at the institution where you're working on the doctorate. But apparently I incorrectly assumed you had done your doctoral level course work. If that's the case your question should be about where to study Digital Image Processing at the doctoral level, I suppose.
I'm just conjecturing here and very sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
