I want to use different Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms in Cognitive science to solve problems of Natural Language Processing. I am new to cognitive science. Please let me know how to use cognitive science's parameters in ML algorithm.
You can find patterns in data, associate them with the parameters, and use them to generate output.

It particularly depend upon your requirements but you can use different classifiers along with data analytical tools to achieve your goal. Or may be you can use IBM Watson too.
Please suggest any particular data set and solution code(github). I am learning it and looking for a beginners' guide. I don't have any particular problem statement right now.
