Due to the development of e-resources online journals are growing very fast and it can access in all over the world. More to this, most of the journals are adding the word ‘International’ to its name.
Further, as editorial board consists members in all over the world, there is a big question about active / inactive board members.
Please let me know how to determine journal is international / national?

Your question is important: What is the "value" of journals. Lot of disciplines have made rankings of peer reviewed journals (that is journal with double blind review).
A goog way to find a lot of observations is to go to

where you will find both a quality list of journals (for management: http://www.harzing.com/jql.htm) that synthesized rankings from a lot of institutions,
and also to find the software "Publish or Perish" (sic) that will enable you to find quotations made on google scholar for authors, journals and so on.
