How to identify the EEG electrodes from the data matrix of BCI IV 2b dataset?

The data matrix (X) of the BCI IV 2b EEG dataset contains 6 columns related to the three EEG electrodes and the three EOG electrodes. How to know which column is related to the specific electrode (C3, C4, and Cz)?

Based on the description file, "[t]he signal variable contains 6 channels (the first 3 are EEG and the last 3 are EOG signals)." The first 3 are listed as "C3, Cz, and C4." I think they are ordered as such.

If you use the BIOSIG interface to import the data into EEGLAB, it would detect the correct labels. I only attempted a couple files from the dataset, but they are ordered as listed above, apparently.
