How to identify nonribosomal protein synthetases, polyketide synthetases in bacterial genomic sequence?

We have recently sequenced a bacterial genome and it seems there is a good chance to find nonribosomal protein, polyketide synthetases. However the multimodular compounds are difficult to spot. I wonder if there are any tools to detect the presence of nonribosomal protein synthetases, polyketide synthetases?
