How to hydrolyze cellulose triacetate?

I make my own cellulose triacetate by reacting cellulose with acetic acid, acetic anhydride and sulphuric acid. Any idea how to hydrolyze it to become cellulose diacetate? I have the dried form of cellulose triacetate as well
