I am doing qualitative research on TPACK development in higher education and have collected:
1)Pre-course interviews
2) Pre-course documents
3) While course documents
4) While course observations
5) While course blog posts
6) Post-course interviews
My research questions focus on the development of TPACK through the course. I was wondering whether I should analyze the pre-course data separately and report on that and then analyze the while and post-course data and report on that.
What would be the best way to go about analyzing and reporting findings?
1) Separate pre- and post-course data, write the findings and then combine the findings?
2) work based on my research questions - but how do I report on development if I analyze all the data using thematic analysis?
I have coded the pre-course data on Nvivo but I'm stuck now not knowing how to proceed with all other sources.
Any help would be appreciated.

First of all, it is important that interviewers/researchers need to transcribe data as quickly as possible and write down some notes with self-reflections that would help in the processes of analysis/interpretation; they are actually part of the analysis processes.
Second, since you have coded the data from the pre-course, it is worth trying to (separately) categorize them into appropriate themes/patterns (findings) and interpret them. Same goes on with other data separately. (If this is not working well, it then implies further challenges when you attempt to analyze all data collectively.)
Third, since the focus is on evaluating/exploring the development of TPACK over the course, I think it is better to analyze the collected data separately and briefly report findings. These findings can be reported in the final draft separately with a few other themes/findings based on a comparative analysis of all findings obtained in the first stage. And I think this is more valuable for your study as it highlights the development of TPACK over the course. Or you still can analyze the findings of each data separately, and then conduct a meta-cognitive analysis of all findings comparatively and only report the final findings. But this might pose a challenge for pinpointing how the development of TPACK over the course did occur.

Yes, this is a one way of doing it! Or you can simply answer the questions in the form of themes/patterns, without mentioning the research questions. Here is an example of how research questions are answered in the form of several themes with a model derived from all themes (comparative analysis) although the study is different from yours.
