How TO GIVE VELOCITY AT A POINT ON ANSYS STATIC STRUCTURAL??

I need help for a turbine compressor blade with bladed disk. I want to give rotational velocity on the single blade but that would create a centrifugal force effect as well so instead of rotational velocity, i want to specify speed at a particular location on the blade which i am not able to give on ANSYS Static Structural . Please help
