In order for me to design a bandpass filter at this this particular frequency or any other frequency, how would I get the suitable parameters for this design? I've been looking in some research, they only put the formula with no further explanation, like how to determine the diameter, d of the Vias the pitch size, also the how many vías needed, etc.

I really want to know, how to design this bandpass filter from A to Z
