I always do a pearson correlation which explain the phenotypic correlation. Then, i want to find the information about genetic correlation.

Then you need to fit a linear mixed model that actually models the correlation at the genetic term. This can be done by fitting a bivariate model where the genetic term has a different variance for each trait and a covariance (or correlation) between traits. You will need to do something similar with the error term. Check ASReml manual for an example. Good luck
