I have not found any way to get tge value of the loading for each species and sampling location for different Axis.

Therefore, I have started using PAST, which is very easy and handful. I recommend you to have a try it.

Go to edit/settings/canoco 5 options, then make sure to de-select "show brief version of notebooks". Then restart. Problem solved :)
