It is difficult to help you in a sens that you did not price if you want that sequence as nucleic acid or protein.

More over, VH and VL are the result of combination V-D-J genes for VH and V-J genes for VL.

If your interest is at the pro level, so select in the IMGT, IMGT/DomainDisplay, (http://www.imgt.org/3Dstructure-DB/cgi/DomainDisplay.cgi). Select your species of interest i.e. Homo sapiens, for the IMTG receptor type, select IG and the clic on show sequence. By doing this you will get the 834 sequences (http://www.imgt.org/3Dstructure-DB/cgi/DomainDisplay.cgi?modif=1&species=Homo+sapiens&patternespece=&ReceptorType=IG&patternRecType=&groups=any&patternGroup=&subgroups=any&patternSubgroup=&genes=any&patternGene=&alleles=any&patternAllele=&seldomtype=--&seldomnum=--&selaccnum=--&showallele=all&shownbseq=all&Show=Show+sequences&affesp=on&affge=on&afforig=on&affdom=on&affdomnum=on&afff=on&colorseq=1&difference=none&separespecie=none&separegroup=none&separesubgroup=none&separegene=none&separedomain=name&repeatheaddomain=true&tabChoice=Alignment#Seq). With this tool you can also select the data set you want for example gene that are functional or only ORF.

The IMGT/Gene-DB is for nucleic acids on top of which you can have the amino acid sequence if you display for example F+ORF+in-frame P amino acid sequences +/- with IMGT gaps.

For protein sequences, this page in IMGT leads you to alignments of all variable, joining and constant sequence by species: http://www.imgt.org/IMGTrepertoire/Proteins/, e.g http://www.imgt.org/IMGTrepertoire/Proteins/proteinDisplays.php?species=human&latin=Homo%20sapiens&group=IGKV for human Vkappa. For each sequence you can click on the accession number (fourth column) to get to the full record - first various annotations, scroll to the bottom for the full DNA sequence.

Thanks for your support. Actually, I need nucleic acid sequence of germline. I have got these sequences in VBASE2 (http://www.vbase2.org) database. It will help me to amplify library of rearranged antibody sequence.
