I have a two generations of vesuvianite from one locality. In both cases samples represented by wiluite (B-vesuvianite) with later H2O-bearing vesuvianite crusts. In one case the crusts is transparent and has symmetry P4/n and in another case the crust are creviced and has symmetry P4/nnc. The estimated temperaure as wel as chemical composition in both vesuvianite crusts the same. I consider, that the creviced crusts has a higher symmetry due to higher speed of crystallization, but how to evaluate this speed? Which technique or method can be applied?
