What volume of 10e8ml-1 cfu culture did you centrifuge?

Michael Surrey I centrifuged 100 mL of Bacillus sp. culture

100ml of 10e8cfu/ml =10e10 total cfu in pellet assuming 100% recovery of viable cells. Diluted to 50ml gives a concentration of 2 x 10e8cfu/ml.
