How do I obtain the double layer capacitance as a function of electrode potential? I heard Mott Shottky can be used for this one, But that is done at a single frequency. Can anybody provide any information on guidelines in choosing that frequency?
Or altogether if there is any other method, I would appreciate any information on that.

Mott Schottky and AC Voltammetry are similar techniques both of which get at this. The selection of the appropriate frequency should be done from a complete impedance spectrum, where you would select the frequency where the capacitance is the largest fraction of the impedance (from the Bode plot: the frequency with the greatest phase deflection). Alternatively you could measure complete EIS spectra (down to say 1 Hz) across a broad range of DC offsets, and fit the data to extract capacitance values. This would be much more time consuming.
