I have some question. In this model you sent, just used algorithm in MPPT model convert to SIL, means you built s-function block of it. so i cant convert all of elemans like resistance ...etc to code? Could I ask you to explain more about it

Why you want to convert the plant model to C code ? I think you have to convert just the controller model.

you convert the controller

in my work i convert the controller to visual studio solution then i use it as a library in ardunio software.

only the controller is converted to c or c++ to be able to program a micro-controller other elements you need to build a hardware that model them
