Dear all,

We are struggling with producing presentable graphs based on our MCMCglmm models.

Our data includes information on body size and how it changes with respect to different components of body composition etc. in different species, sexes and seasons

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to generate "regression-like" graphs but based on phylogenetically corrected data (after MCMCglmm model analysis).

As far as I know generating least square means from those models poses some challenges and is not trivial. We heard that it can be done using asreml-R package in R (we do not own the licence for it unfortunately).

Thank you in advance,

Cheers,

Bartek
