Dear friends:
Many journals require high resolution images (in *.jpg or other formats). I wish to know how to generate high resolution images from LabVIEW. The default images in *.jpg are in small size and I am not sure whether the journals would accept these images. In MATLAB, there are settings using which we can generate high resolution images. Kindly help me with the LabVIEW settings so as to generate high resolution images in *.jpg format.

There are two cases:
1: Your plot is a waveform chart/ waveform graph/ XY-graph
Such case I'd never use the built-in image export functions but export the data to any data plotting software by right clicking on the gratph and use the Export/Export data to clipboard function.
2: Your plot is a kind og intensity graph/chart or a 3D object. These cases you also have the same Export data to clipboard option, which with a good plotting software can give very good result. The other option is that you resize the graph/chart indicator to as big as you wish than create the plot and on the front panel select the plot, hit "control+C" to copy the image and paset it to any image editor to save it (Paint is a perfect tool for this.)
Of course there are other, programmed techniques, but these are way easier ones.

There is also option to copy data from graph in LabView. Paste this data to plotting program of your choice (Excel, Origin, Matplotlib) and produce high quality, academic standard graphs.
