Hi, I am a undergraduate student, trying to calculate channel coefficients based on Report ITU-R M.2135-1 (page 38-41 )
But there is a problem to generate sigma(n,m), it seems that the way ITU gave to generate parameters could not be used in HAP system. And I don`t know how some data came from so I couldn`t modify them to apply them on HAP system.
Anyone could give me some hints about how to start? any references or papers?
Hi Chen,
I took part in the drafting of IMT-R M.2135 and in fact, in the test scenarios,there is no scenario for HAP, only InH, RMa, UMi and UMa with the close distance between TX and RX compared to HAP. As for how to generate your parameters, I suggest you to use some statellite channel model from ITU-R, which maybe close to HAP. If you are interested in ITU-R M.2135 channel model,I attached our software to you. But you need to revise the channel parameters of course.
