How to generate a pub file for a not commonly used salt/ionic liquid?

Hi everyone,

I was planning to do some MD simulation of carbohydrate with aqueous solution. The salt particularly interests me is a salt with guanidinium ions. Does anyone know how to obtain the pub file for this ions?
