How to fix free-standing polymer samples on Si-wafer for Atomic Force Microscopy?

Hello,

I would like to perform an AFM measurement to my free-standing, polymer-based composites. I have found some special adhesives for this purpose on the internet, however we do not have any of them at the moment:

Would be great if you have some ideas about some other adhesives that might work similarly. For instance, can I use carbon tape? Or superglue?

If You do AFM in air then also simple scotch tape works. But You have to take into account the adhesive properties of the tape will decrease a bit in a few months and this will cause drift in AFM image. Replacing the tape will fix that.
