How to find velocity (M/sec) from the absorbance data?

For Mechaelis Menten curve, I have obtained absorbance kinetics at 652 nm for TMB oxidation by H2O2. For cMechaelis Menten curve I need velocity. How can I determine velocity from absorbance data. So that I may able to draw a graph betwwen velocity versus substrate H2O2.
