In simulink model, in 3 level Neutral clamped Inverter they are taking positive half dc voltage and negative half dc voltage w.r.t neutral?

If you have no data of the transformer, you can keep the default values of the transformer if they are in per unit system (pu), However, make sure to specify the Capacity/Power (MVA) and the voltage levels of the transformer. Magnetisation resistance and inductance will have no significant effect on your simulation.
